Clinical supervision

Clinical supervision for Texas LMSWs

Working toward your LCSW? Let's make those supervision hours count.

Supportive, individualized clinical supervision for licensed master social workers working toward LCSW licensure in Texas.

I'm Peter Moore, LCSW-S, a Texas Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor. I offer individualized supervision for LMSWs who want more than someone signing off on their hours.

In person in The Woodlands and Spring, or online anywhere in Texas.

Why work with me

I've been in your shoes.

I've worked at the city, state, and federal levels of government, including the City of San Antonio, Texas DFPS (CPS), and the Department of Veterans Affairs. My experience also spans substance use treatment, inpatient hospital social work, community programs, and private practice.

I've seen a lot of different sides of social work, and I know the job rarely looks as straightforward as it did in graduate school.

How I work

What supervision looks like with me.

We'll talk about the real stuff. Difficult cases, ethical gray areas, workplace challenges, burnout, boundaries, and those moments when you're not quite sure you're making the right call.

I'll offer honest feedback, challenge you when it's helpful, and give you room to ask questions without feeling like you should already know the answers.

My goal isn't to turn you into a version of myself. It's to help you find your own voice, trust your clinical judgment, and become the kind of social worker you want to be.

The practical part

Format, and what it costs.

Individual supervision at a regular time, so it stays predictable alongside a caseload. In person at TherapySpace in The Woodlands and Spring, or online anywhere in Texas.

Supervision agreements, documentation of your hours and the paperwork the board expects are all part of it. You won't have to chase me for a form.

Rates and availability: get in touch and I'll tell you what I currently have open and what it costs.
