Frequently asked questions.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to confirm your coverage.

What is a superbill and how do I use it?

A superbill is an itemized invoice that lists the services you’ve received, diagnosis codes, and fees paid. You can submit this to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for out-of-network therapy services.

Can you provide an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter?

Yes, I can provide an ESA letter after we have completed a minimum of six therapy sessions together. This allows me to fully assess your needs and ensure the request is clinically valid and well-documented.

Do you offer virtual therapy?

Yes, I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential except in situations required by law, such as risk of harm to self or others.

What should I expect in my first session?

In our first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and history. We’ll begin creating a personalized plan to help you move forward.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine if we are the right fit to work together.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can book directly through my online scheduling system or contact me via email or phone to find a time that works for you.
