Fees and insurance
Money questions shouldn't be the reason you don't reach out.

Decision needed: the Oct 8 call said list the 60-minute fee only, with a line saying other lengths and sliding scale are available and can be discussed at the consult. This full table is Draft 2.
Insurance
Do you take insurance?
I'm a private-pay therapist, which means I'm not in-network. That lets us decide together what you need, without an insurance company deciding how many sessions you get or requiring a diagnosis to keep paying.
Many plans still reimburse part of the cost through out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills on request, and Mentaya can help you with reimbursement.
Questions to ask your insurance
Four things worth asking
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What's my deductible, and how much of it have I met?
- What percentage do you reimburse for outpatient therapy (CPT 90837 or 90834)?
- How do I submit a superbill?
Payment and cancellations. Before each session you'll get a secure payment link by email. Peter to confirm the cancellation policy, e.g. 24 hours' notice.
