What I do for your clients
Treatment for people in the middle of a case
I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with a focus on people going through disruption, which is most of what your clients are living through. An accident, an injury, a job they can no longer do, a household that reorganised around them overnight.
- Individual therapy for plaintiffs during and after litigation
- The secondary effects attorneys see constantly: anger, sleep loss, withdrawal, strain on the marriage, an identity built around work that no longer fits
- Treatment that continues after the case closes, which is usually when it matters most

Why a private practice rather than a clinic
Your client sees the same person every week.
No rotating staff, no session caps set by a payer, no waiting list that resets when someone leaves. Continuity matters clinically, and it also means the treatment record is coherent rather than assembled from four different clinicians.
I keep my caseload small on purpose. That means I can usually take a referral quickly, and it means I'm not the right fit for volume work.
Communication and records
Within the limits of my license and your client's consent
With a signed release, I can communicate with your office about treatment and provide records as appropriate. Without one, I cannot confirm that someone is a client.

Fees
Quoted per matter
Fees for litigation-related work are determined after your consultation with me. They're set separately from my private-pay therapy rates.
Referring a client
Call before anything is scheduled.
We'll talk it through first. I'd rather tell you honestly that a case is outside what I do than take it and hand it back.
